Reprogramming Your Psyche

Since self discovery is your path to good health, you are now ready either to cultivate a positive personality trait that you did not immediately recognize in yourself — or alter a negative one that may be creating stress.

This process is called Behavior Modification. This stage involves your learning two behavior modifying tools:  affirmation and sensory stimulation, that include a reconditioning affirmation along with incense or candle burning.

The purpose of the affirmation is to retrain your thought patterns. All affirmations are written in sonnet or poetic style, so as to stimulate both hemispheres of your brain, while helping you deemphasize ealry life conditioning that no longer serves you in your adult life.
